PRE-ORDER POLICY

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order products are items that are not yet available for immediate shipment. Estimated release dates and/or expected shipping timeframes will be provided on the individual product page whenever available.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving inventory from our expected incoming allocation. Please review the product description and estimated release information carefully before completing your purchase.

PAYMENT

Payment for pre-order products is collected in full at the time the order is placed. Your payment method will be charged when you complete checkout, not when the product ships.

RELEASE DATES & DELAYS

Release dates and arrival estimates are subject to change. Manufacturer, distributor, international shipping, customs, and carrier delays may affect when inventory reaches us.

Domingo's Hobby Shop does not control manufacturer or distributor release schedules. We will fulfill pre-orders as soon as the product becomes available and your order is ready to ship.

For imported products, estimated arrival dates may differ from the product's official release date due to international transit and customs processing.

CANCELLATIONS

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-order cancellation requests may be submitted before the order has shipped. Approved cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount to help cover payment processing costs associated with the original transaction and refund.

Certain pre-order products may be specifically marked as Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable, or Final Sale. Orders for these products cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

ALLOCATION & AVAILABILITY

Pre-orders are offered based on the inventory we reasonably expect to receive from our suppliers and distributors. In some cases, manufacturers or distributors may reduce, delay, or cancel an expected allocation.

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your pre-order due to an allocation change or other inventory issue, you will receive a refund for any affected items that we are unable to fulfill.

ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER & IN-STOCK ITEMS

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products may ship together once all items are available, depending on the shipping options presented at checkout.

Please review the estimated delivery information shown during checkout before completing your purchase. If you would like an in-stock item to ship immediately, we recommend placing it as a separate order from your pre-order items.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product is received, processed, and ready for fulfillment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please note that receiving inventory from a manufacturer or distributor does not necessarily mean orders will ship the same day. We work to process and ship pre-orders as quickly as possible once inventory arrives.
